Greg Diamond - Partner
Greg has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry, 10 in senior executive roles. Having worked for a large Corporate Superannuation fund during the global financial crisis he has seen first-hand the impact markets can have on clients portfolio’s especially when they have paid little attention to where their monies are invested. More importantly it showed him how quality personal financial advice has the ability to improve a clients retirement experience.
Greg is passionate about helping clients understand and achieve their retirement goals through
an integrated approach which includes tax planning, structuring, investment management and insurance planning. Greg is a qualified CPA
Accountant, Holds a Masters of Accounting, Bachelor of Business (Management & IT), Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning)
and is a JP.
Melanie Robinson - Partner
Melanie is a highly experienced advisor with over 25 years’ experience advising clients, her passion is Business and Self-Managed Super Funds , assisting clients to gain the maximum outcome in their business coupled with the structure of self-managed super to build wealth in super for the long term goal of retirement.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in accounting), SMSF Specialist Advisor ™ with the SMSF Association, Diploma of Financial Planning, Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, Fellow of the National Tax and Accountants Association, Registered Tax Agent, Authorised representative of Australian Unity
Jacqui Meredith - Senior Accountant
Jacqui joined the firm in May 2015, bringing with her 24 years’ experience in public practice at other accounting firms in Parramatta and various other firms on the Central Coast including providing bookkeeping services.
She works with the whole range of clients including small, medium and large business clients as well as Individuals. She completes the financial statements, BAS’s, tax returns, business valuations and other business advisory work for various entities including sole traders, partnerships, trusts, companies and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Jacqui also prepares BAS and FBT returns and has specialist skills working with MYOB, Xero, Class and a range of various other accounting software packages. She says “I strive to ensure that the accounting and tax requirements of the client are done in an easy and stress free manner to make their life easier”

Jacqui describes the best part about working at More Than Numbers as, "Working with a great team, working on a diversified client base and the staff training." Outside of work she is the proud mother of two teenage sons and has been actively involved in their basketball club, team managing for a number of years. She enjoys travelling, reading and luckily enough, since she’s so heavily involved with the team, watching basketball.

Bernadette Townley - Accountant
Bernadette joined More Than Numbers in February 2016 after 7 years at a mid-sized wholesale food supplier in country NSW. For the last 5 years she was assistant to the CFO while studying for her Bachelor of Accounting at Charles Sturt University and Accounts Receivable Manager at the same company for the 2 years prior to that.
She primarily works on small business clients with a focus on bookkeeping and wages. She's responsible for the preparation of business activity statements, financial statements and tax returns for various entities including sole traders, partnerships, trusts and companies. Bernadette actively seeks out ways for clients to improve their bookkeeping skills so they can focus their attention on successfully managing and growing their business. She says, “I am passionate about assisting people navigate their way through Xero. By helping clients with their everyday accounts, they can get on with the things they love to do to and build their own business.”

According to Bernadette, the best part about working at MGR is "being new to the industry, I find the firm very supportive, friendly and approachable. I believe that I will learn so much from the partners and my co-workers." Outside the office she is married with two teenage children and enjoys spending time with her family, coffee dates and dinners with family and friends. Siobhan Robinson - Financial Administrator
Siobhan previously worked in the banking sector, completing three years with ING Direct within their Mortgages, Superannuation and Advisory services departments before joining the firm in January 2016. She is Greg’s Financial Planning Assistant, focusing on the preparation and maintenance of client files, the preparation of reports and processing transactions.
Siobhan describes the best part about working at More Than Numbers, “its broad exposure to a range of industries, the team I work with and the location”. She is passionate about providing great service and is currently in the process of obtaining her Diploma of Financial Planning. Siobhan says “if clients don’t trust you, they will eventually stop doing business with you. It doesn’t matter how smart you are”.

Amber De Araugo - Accounting Cadet/Trainee
Amber was previously employed as our receptionist, however, she felt a calling to accounting and will commence her Bachelor of Accounting in 2019.
She has been employed by the firm since August 2017, and has since been working as a trainee accountant which involves considerable bookkeeping plus the preparation of tax returns for individuals, sole traders and partnerships. She also liaises with and provides general support to clients and other staff members.

- Studying Certificate IV of Accounting at TAFE NSW (finishing in November 2018)
- Commencing Bachelor of Accounting at Charles Sturt University (commencing in March 2019)

Jennifer Rigg - Receptionist
Jennifer is a very important member of our team being the ‘Director of First Impressions’ handling reception duties.
Her friendly nature makes her a key team member.
